2008-2009 Financial Aid forms are available in both Spanish and English
Here's what you need to do:
1) Click on the following forms to download. All files are PDF documents.
2) Complete the forms need to be completed.
3) Enclose copies of all necessary tax returns.
4) Enclose a $20 check or money order made out to the address below.
5) Send all of these NOW (the priority deadline has passed) directly to:

There are two ways to fill out the form:
1) Print it out. Fill it out by hand. Send it with a check to PSAS
2) If you are running Acrobat 7 or higher, the Student Aid Form PDF can be completed directly on your computer screen by placing the cursor at the appropriate fields and typing in the information. Print the completed document. Send it with a check to PSAS. Save the document to your computer for your records. NOTE: You can select which pages you would like to print under the "Print Range" section and preview every page under the "Preview: Composite" section by moving the sliding bar beneath the image. If you have any problems printing the file, please follow the steps below:
-Click on the File-Select Print
-At the bottom of the print window there is an option called Print What:
-Change this option from Document to Document and Comments
-You should see the change in the small print preview screen
-The PDF should print correctly
