Vocation Day
A “Professional Dress Day”
Mon., March 15,
2010 (Posted 3/1)
(Question?: Sr. Ann Marie,
225-2939)
"Vocation
Day" is normally called "Career Day" in other schools, but we
see God as an active part of finding what service to the world one might be
called to (vocation). Students will
participate in workshops by professionals in various fields.
In keeping
with the theme of the day, the dress code for the day is “professional dress.”
We are very honored to have as our 2010 keynote speaker, Sr.
Kathleen Ross, SNJM. Founder and
Former President of Heritage University, Sister Kathleen is now heading an
institute to assist making college even more accessible to underserved
communities.*
